Roles & Responsibilities   Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Document care provided and maintain clear, timely patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning to prevent injury
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times
Qualifications   Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Active, unrestricted certification in good standing (state requirements apply)
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and work collaboratively
Willingness to work the scheduled day shifts and maintain professional documentation
Knowledge & Skills   Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
Clear oral and written communication with patients and care team
Infection control and proper PPE use
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
