Graduate Nurse, GN → Graduate Nurse

Role Overview:
Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and delegate care tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
• Communicate patient information accurately during and between shifts.

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current licensure or awaiting licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
