Role Overview:
Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
- Communicate patient information during and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current licensure or awaiting licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and assessment skills to deliver efficient patient care and support positive outcomes.
