723 Summers St., Parkersburg, WV 26101 Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm (Five days in a week) Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr on w2 Contract Length: 9 Weeks

- BLS/CPR Certification
- Health records (PPD and Physical)
Required:
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 2 year of Management experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
