LVN ​/ LPN – LTC​/SNF

LVN/LPN Opportunity

Seeking dependable LVN/LPN candidates for a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment on a temporary contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain sterile procedures and uphold infection control standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout encounters.
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid exemption.
• Ability to bring valid state or federal  wear a photo badge at all times.
