Key responsibilities of the RN – Telemetry – Travel include:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Administer medications and titrate drips as required, including Heparin
• Perform EKGs and manage arrhythmias
• Provide post-procedural care following heart caths and pacemaker insertions
• Complete patient admissions and discharges effectively

Requirements of the RN – Telemetry – Travel include:

• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
• Comfortable with high-paced environments and managing post-cardiac and respiratory patients
