CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Support healthcare teams by assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and respond to their needs promptly.
• Follow infection control protocols, including wearing identification badges and adhering to vaccination requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current North American CNA certification or equivalent licensure.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must bring valid identification and comply with vaccination policies, including COVID-19 requirements.
