Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves supporting patient well-being through clinical expertise and compassionate patient interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies diligently.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or federal issued LVN or LPN license.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to efficiently assess and respond to patient needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Meet all health requirements, including vaccination or valid exemptions.
