Job Summary:

Provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Ensure patients’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being through compassionate support and clinical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions for accurate documentation.
• Support nursing staff by providing essential patient care and updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and adhere to facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic patient care and clinical tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must comply with facility vaccination, , and photo badge requirements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned.
