Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care and support in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting as a certified nursing assistant. Deliver compassionate, high-quality assistance under the supervision of nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and range-of-motion exercises as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition changes accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow infection control procedures and uphold safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) in the state.
• Ability to demonstrate compassionate patient care and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
