Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and deliver compassionate patient support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Document patient info and care provided meticulously in electronic health records.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination or hold a valid exemption.
