Job Summary:

Seeking a reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The role requires ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient health status and document findings appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and documentation procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or documented exemption.
