American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Float Pool RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of experience and active ACLS/BLS certifications.
Details- Stepdown unit type within an acute care setting as part of the RN Float Pool
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- 12-hour night shifts with weekends as scheduled
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Active WV or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
- BSN not required for this position
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as no local travelers are accepted
- Travelers who previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
- Travelers are not permitted to work within WVU Medicine for longer than one year cumulative without a 2-year break
- All candidates will interview directly with the unit manager
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
