In this key role, you will manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and support grantmaking efforts alongside the Executive Director. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounts receivable and payable

• Prepare payroll and maintain employee financial records

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and audits

• Lead grant administration and data management initiatives

• Assist executive leadership with Board meeting preparations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting with 3+ years’ experience

• Previous work with community foundations is advantageous

• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the nonprofit sector

• Proficient in financial software like Quick Books or Sage

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
