As a Service Professional, you’ll be the face and voice of TELUS for our customers. You’ll meet with them in their homes, install, maintain, and support a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. You’ll set your customers up with services, provide on‑site support, and drive future growth by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience.

With your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll educate customers face‑to‑face on both new and existing products, all while increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

• Normal colour vision required to work with colour‑coded wiring.
• Can handle physical demands, including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various indoor/outdoor environments.
• Flexible to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, and possible out‑of‑town assignments.
• Fluent in English with a clear, genuine, and persuasive communication style; additional languages are beneficial.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Enjoy continuous learning and can learn formally and informally in a dynamic environment.
• Can meet applicable testing requirements.

• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver’s License or other provincial equivalents; a driver’s abstract will be needed.
• Completed a minimum of Grade 11 Math; transcripts and/or diplomas required.

• Previous experience and/or education in telecommunications or security is an asset.
