Bambini Early Learning provides strong play-based curriculums inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and 21st Century Learning. Our children enjoy beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces, and a range of extra-curricular activities such as Music classes, Sports, Art classes and Bush Kinder.

Our Bambini Early Learning Centre located in The Royal Children's Hospital, Parkville, VIC is now seeking a Experienced Diploma Lead Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our pre-kinder classrooms aged 2yrs-2.5yrs.

• Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
• Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Be an inspiring leader and positive role model.
• Hold values to empower children, families and our community.
• Have a strong understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework), and the NQS (National Quality Standards).
• Have strong knowledge and application in practice of the Child Safe Standards.

• A Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
• Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
• Current Working with Children’s Check and Police Check.
• Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
