** Our Home Care team is a warm, supportive group of professionals dedicated to helping older people live safely and independently in their own homes. Care Partners joining our team are welcomed into a collaborative environment where flexibility, respect, and compassion guide everything we do.
* The Casual Care Partner provides person‑centred care management within the Support at Home Program, ensuring older people continue to live safely and independently king flexibly across the service, this role steps in as needed to cover staff leave or operational demands—maintaining continuity of care, coordinating support, and upholding wellness, reablement and culturally safe practice across all care pathways.

* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
