Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Join our team as a Housekeeper at Erickson Senior Living. All clients are located within our gated retirement community, so no travel is required.

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, Parkville, MD.

Hourly: $15.00 - $17.00, commensurate for experience.

• Clean residents’ homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home.
• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures.
• Clean lobbies/living rooms, including vacuuming, high and low dusting, decluttering, and removing trash; spot-clean walls, windows, switches, baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Clean classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs.
• Assist with collection, bagging and disposal of trash and replace trashcan liners.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying and vacuuming.

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles.
• Professional and responsive interactions with residents, families, staff, vendors and each other.
