GNA​/CNA-I with Med Tech (CMT

We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant / CNA‑I) and a CMT (Certified Medicine Technician). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person‑centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

• $1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday)
• $1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Monday through Friday)
• $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Administration of medication to residents

• Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age.

• Current GNA/CNA‑I certification for Maryland
• Current CM‑T certification for Maryland
• 1‑2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1‑2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
