Shop Rite - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise department functions and associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement).;
Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service; promote current charitable promotions.;
Assist with onboarding, interviewing, selecting, and training of new department Associates; provide ongoing training and feedback.;
Maintain staffing levels, product displays, pricing accuracy, and department cleanliness to meet goals.;
Ensure compliance with safety policies, QA standards, and Local, State, and Federal regulations; manage reports and scheduling as needed.
