Resource Specialist Teacher

A resource specialist teacher works with students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to help them achieve their academic and other goals. Their responsibilities include:
Instruction, IEPs, Assessment, Curriculum, Training, Consultation, Coordination, Progress monitoring and Reporting. Resource specialist teachers work under the direction of the school principal and the Director of Special Education.

• Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate (Must hold Resource Specialist Certificate of Competence)
