Teacher Aides/Floaters – All Age Groups

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all background checks
• Minimum age 18 years
• Prior childcare experience (plus)

Mon‑Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

$13–$15 per hour, based on education and experience

• Substitute for any position as needed; cover staff breaks, absences, and classroom duties before/after shifts
• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with children, parents and staff
• Act as a team player and assist where needed under the director or lead teacher
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the role
