RETENTION BONUS PROVIDED - $15,000.00

EXPERIENCED DIALYSIS RNs are eligible to receive a $15,000 retention bonus after completing one year of employment (external candidates) Registered Nurse DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD).

Schedule 3 Days A Week, 12+ Hour Shifts
· No On Call

Training Provided

Dialysis experience is preferred but not required. We offer a robust paid training program with hands-on training. This position will be based at our dialysis site location within the Broadview Nursing Home. Primary work schedule will be 3-4 days a week with some required travel to other SNF clinics within your region (depending on business and patient needs). Alternating Saturdays will also be required.

About Da Vita DaVita Kidney Care is bringing our industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) through DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD).

What you can expect
In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs will troubleshoot and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner with the SNF staff to coordinate care.

Role details Primary work schedule will be 3-4 days a week with some travel to other SNF clinics within your region (depending on business and patient needs). Alternating Saturdays will also be required. Patient education. RNs educate patients and families in the SNF setting. Direct Patient Care:
The RN's primary responsibility is to independently demonstrate best practice techniques and deliver optimal dialysis care, supervising Dialysis Technicians who support the program.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous Chronic Hemodialysis or Acute Dialysis experience is preferred but not required.
• PAID HANDS ON TRAINING PROGRAM
• Current RN license in the state of practice;
  Minimum of 12 months RN experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma may substitute
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

Nice-to-haves

• Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
