Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Location: 7040 Hepburn Rd., Middleburg Heights, OH 44130

Schedule: 3‑4 days a week, 12+ hour shifts, no on‑call. Alternating Saturdays may be required. Some travel to other SNF clinics in the region.

Training: Paid, hands‑on training program (classroom and on‑site). Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic. Hours during training typically 32‑40 hours per week.

In this role you will take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. You will troubleshoot, make sound decisions, and occasionally partner with SNF staff to coordinate care. Patient education, supervising dialysis technicians, and providing independent dialysis care are core duties.

• Current RN license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN or 3‑year diploma may be substituted.
• Previous chronic hemodialysis or acute dialysis experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.

• Training/teaching/healthcare education background.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
