Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Broadview Nursing Home – 5520 Broadview Road, Parma, OH 44134

3–4 days a week, 12+ hour shifts. No on‑call. Alternating Saturdays required.

DaVita Kidney Care brings leading clinical quality to patients at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). As a DSD RN, you’ll provide comprehensive dialysis care on‑site, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with SNF staff, educate patients and families, and manage travel between SNF clinics as needed.

• Provide complete ongoing dialysis care for each patient, ensuring treatments stay on track.
• Troubleshoot dialysis issues and make clinical decisions in an independent setting.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Conduct patient and family education on dialysis and self‑management.
• Demonstrate best‑practice dialysis techniques, supervise dialysis technicians, and maintain high clinical outcomes.
• Travel to other SNF clinics within the region and work alternating Saturdays.

• Combination of classroom and hands‑on learning through DaVita’s award‑winning training programs.
• Training may occur at a facility or a training clinic with other new teammates.
• May be asked to support other local SNF facilities.

• RN license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months of RN experience.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited program, or a Bachelor of Science in nursing, or a three‑year accredited diploma.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Prior experience with chronic or acute hemodialysis is preferred but not required.
• Paid hands‑on training program will be provided.

• Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
