• Stroke Rehabilitation

• Neurological assessments
• Adaptive ADLs
• Transfer/Mobility training
• Vital signs, IVs, Foley Catheter insertion/removal, Wound care, etc.

• RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, Dieticians

• 14 beds

• - Enrolled in an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• - Completed fundamentals of nursing
• - Currently registered in clinical rotations
• - Continuous enrollment in a nursing program
• - Eligibility to continue in the position is a maximum of 6 months upon graduating from nursing school
• - Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
