YOUR MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin Care Global Trade Marketing & Events & Demand Planning while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our Skin Care Events Specialist, you will inspire customers by offering unique and unforgettable experiences designed to nurture a sense of belonging and strengthen comfort zone and skin regimen positioning, spreading sustainability and the ethical principles of the Company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan, organize, and coordinate brand events, sales conferences, panels and brand experiences while ensuring timelines, budgets, and high quality standards are met
Manage vendors, venues, and external partners, overseeing logistics, setup, catering, event materials, and technical support
Support the administrative and contractual management of events, including budget tracking, reporting, and stakeholder relationship management
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in Communication, Marketing or Economics
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or upper) and Italian
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Result‑Oriented mindset
Flexible, hands‑on and multitasking approach
Strong attitude in team working and social and interpersonal communication skills
Strong passion for beauty and attention to details
Experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning role in a modern and structured environment

The indicated salary range (€29.000– €33.000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
