Supply Chain Business Partner and Manufacturing Controlling Director

Reporting to the VP Business Control Supply Chain and EPI, you will act as Finance Business Partner to the EVP Supply Chain on the production center activity, providing the right financial in-sights by challenging and building within cross functional teams the relevant action plans to in-crease Sidel performance understanding and profitability.
Your Mission   Lead the Finance Supply chain team (factory controllers) in order to drive theindustrial performance, from insights to actions, ensure compliance andcontrols, and manage risks. Control tower of production cost and planning.

Business advisor when needed.
Product Cost providing and analysis (RCA and action plan consolidation)
Factoryutilization overview and actions
Inventoriesmeasurement and actions
CAPEX& OPEX management
Businesspartnering with Supply chain organization and EVP Supply chain and histeam
Resourceutilization (labor, manufacturing plant, make or buy)
Sourcingperformance in cooperation with Logistic
Translationof S&OP to financial impact
Productcost target (defined with Supply chain and EP&I)
Stronglink with Cost and process team to implement and feedback tools and processes, margin analysis and forecast
Drivethe supply chain contribution and financial performance.
Active participation to the three years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterly

Outlook and quarterly closing.
Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / ISthrough transversal and multi-sites projects, in cooperation with processteam
Your Profile   Master degree or equivalent in Finance
AMinimum of 10 years’ experience in Industrial Controlling
Strongcontrolling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles
Advanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
Strong experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international andindustrial group
Advancepractice of IS Tools including any other digitalization tools (Qliksense,Power BI...)
