Cost Accountant

Overview  As Cost Accountant you will support the Parma plant's financial management within the Controlling team. You will contribute to controlling, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, working closely with Operations and Finance to enable informed business decisions. You will handle cost analysis, KPI monitoring and internal controls to ensure data accuracy.

This role offers the chance to shape cost management in a multinational group with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes
Monitor plant performance via cost control and KPIs
Collaborate with Operations to analyze financial impacts and identify improvements
Prepare and maintain management reports and financial dashboards
Support internal controls and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processes
Responsabilità   Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
2-3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Audit (internship considered)
Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial principles
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ERP systems; knowledge of Basware, Jaggaer, Qlik and BI tools
Fluency in Italian and good working knowledge of English
