Asset Accounting Senior Analyst

Overview  Asset Accounting Senior Analyst at Barilla Parma leads accurate accounting of asset life cycles and supports government grant processes. You contribute to the Asset Accounting Unit, collaborating with plants and HQ to ensure compliant capitalization, depreciation, disposals and revaluations. You interface across statutory, tax, and IFRS perspectives and help drive Capex and cashout management.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional projects and a chance to shape asset governance in a global food leader.
Responsibilities   Guarantee correct accounting representation for asset events (capitalization, depreciation, disposals, revaluations) in line with policies and tax rules
Verify and approve RCA/RAD requests and prepare documents for other units
Manage asset tree with plant support and labels checks
Oversee asset management across Statutory/Tax/Management/IFRS including master data and transfers
Interface with Central Engineering and HQ Finance to align cross-functionally and support Capex and cashout management
Support check and release of new machines created
Assist Tax and Government Grant management
Qualifications   University degree in Economics or equivalent
2+ years in accounting (asset management a plus)
Advanced knowledge of Excel; SAP knowledge
Analytical mindset and data accuracy
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
English language proficiency
Team player with ability to build relationships
