Overview
Cristial Agricole Italia is looking for an Audit Specialist to join the Audit Department.

Duration: fixed‑term contract.

Location:

Europe, Italy, Emilia‑Romagna, Parma.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the new methodological and operational framework in line with Group guidelines and the new Global Internal Audit Standards issued by IIA.

Develop, maintain and produce information flows to audited entities, Governance bodies and Group.

Back‑office activities related to the management of resources (human and technical) of the function.

Selection Process
The process includes CV evaluation, an initial brief telephone interview, a logical‑attitudinal online test, and subsequent interviews based on the test result.

Contract
Fixed‑term contract.

Requirements

Minimum education:

bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, business administration, law or related fields.

Preferred:
Master in Internal Audit, certifications such as CIA, CCSA, Diploma in Control and Internal Auditing or professional training path for Internal Audit in banking (ABI).

Experience:

Preferable academic or professional experience abroad or within multinational organisational contexts.

Key competencies

Strong communication and relational skills, ability to build trust and maintain stable relationships with internal clients.

Knowledge of the three main areas of IA activity: principles and professional competences, organisational governance, risk management and internal control, and basic understanding of strategic planning, sustainability, CSR, IT, credit and finance.

Strategic and effective communicative approach, adaptability, resilience, and an orientated to relationships with stakeholders.
