Position: Controller Specialist - Temporary Contract
The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and comfort zone for skincare. Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute.

The Group became a B corp in 2016, and today has 9 offices, operates in 95 countries, and employs around 1000 collaborators globally. Since 2019, both the Italian and United States subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.
JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Finance Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
What You Will Do

Support the preparation of financial reports and cost analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with different company departments as a Finance reference point.
Support the monitoring of budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the preparation of periodic reports.
Monitor and analyze company costs, focusing on budget class analysis.
Collect and analyze data related to company costs.
Support the maintenance of analytical accounting in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Collaborate in monthly closing and budgeting/forecast processes.

WHO YOU ARE

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields.
Previous experience in Administration/Controller roles is a plus.
Interest in Finance and Controlling.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Teamwork attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Good knowledge of English.

This position is primarily designed for recent graduates, with no or little experience. Candidates with exceptional relevant experience between 6 and 12 months may also be considered, with the possibility of a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and a salary of up to €33,000 gross annual.
