Position: Treasury Specialist - Temporary Contract

Job Mission
As a Treasury Specialist you will ensure the correct and sustainable use of financial resources and control of the conditions applied by the banking system. Your work supports the financial well‑being of the company while staying aligned with our core values of beauty, ethics and sustainability.
What You Will Do

Process Local and International customers’ payments by cheques posting.
Post payments for Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Direct Debit and local Ricevute Bancarie (RiBa) customers.
Clear, match and reconcile customers’ statements.
Manage SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) mandates and record them.
Account for e‑commerce sales and customers’ statements, performing matching and bookkeeping reconciliation, including credit note processing for short shipments or damaged products.
Check banking system conditions relevant to the above tasks.

Who You Are

Experience using accounting packages (ideally Sage) and 1‑2 years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience with treasury programs, especially Piteco, is appreciated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
Personable, engaging, able to add value to the overall team effort.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Self‑starter, highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

This position is primarily designed for recent graduates, with no or little experience. However, candidates with exceptional relevant experience between 6 and 12 months may also be considered, with the possibility of a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and a salary of up to €33,000 gross annual.
