Job Overview
Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young graduate in humanities or economics‑law for a Human Resources role focused on Personnel Management. The successful candidate will support HR Business Partners, learn HR processes and projects, and interface with project teams.
Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners within the HR office.
Learn and apply primary HR processes and projects.
Participate in organizational sizing and reporting activities.
Monitor and conduct dedicated reporting.

Requirements

Degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in humanities, economics‑law, or management engineering.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Preferred experience abroad or in multinational contexts.

Skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Initiative.
Strong relational orientation.
Precision and confidentiality.

IT Tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Languages

English B2 and/or French B2.
