We are hiring an experienced Data Entry / Indexing Specialist for a high-volume document processing operation in Parma. This position requires excellent typing speed, 10-key experience, accuracy, and the ability to perform repetitive data entry throughout the shift.

REQUIRED

• Must be available Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM — no exceptions
• Data entry speed of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM with strong accuracy
• 10-key experience
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates will be required to complete an in-person typing/data entry test.

• Perform high-speed data entry and document indexing
• Enter and verify information from digital and hardcopy documents
• Review automatically extracted data and correct errors
• Validate document classifications and redacted information
• Perform quality-control checks on digitized documents
• Review and validate check information and documentation
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
• Follow detailed procedures while maintaining consistent quality
• Medical records or healthcare-related data entry experience is a plus but not required.
