As a Body Shop Helper, you’ll assist technicians with a variety of tasks, including prepping vehicles, maintaining a clean workspace, moving vehicles, and organizing tools and parts. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

• Assist body technicians with vehicle preparation and minor repair tasks
• Work with the body shop technicians, painters, estimators, and detailers to ensure the best customer service experience.
• Order parts needed for repairs and keep all parts in order.
• Examine damaged vehicles and perform the repairs per the estimate.
• Document all work performed.
• Clean the shop after the vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer.
• Do a post‑repair inspection and road test.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Previous automotive or shop experience is a plus, but not required
