• License/Certifications: Ohio Medical License;

• Additional Compensation & Bonuses:
  • Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with productivity bonuses up to $500,000/year
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
  • Loan repayment options (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipends)
  • $5,000 annual CME & certification support
  • 248 hours paid time off (vacation, holidays, CME)

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
• Customize your schedule: full-time, part-time, or week-on/week-off
• Manage your own patient mix and age groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
• Utilize Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation
• Engage in optional teaching opportunities for students and trainees
• Leverage Mayo Clinic resources: eConsults, eBoards, Ask Mayo Expert
• Work with a supportive team, including hospitalist support for inpatient needs

• Valid Ohio medical license
• Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology
• Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
