Incarnate Word Academy (IWA) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Long-Term Substitute Computer Teacher to teach students in Preschool through Grade 8 during the first semester of the  school year.

Located in Parma Heights, IWA is a premier independent Catholic school serving a diverse community of young learners. Founded by the Sisters of the Incarnate Word, the school is committed to academic excellence, faith formation, ethical values, and the development of the whole child.

• Provide computer and technology instruction to students in Preschool through Grade 8.
• Deliver engaging lessons that support students' technology knowledge and skills.
• Adapt instruction appropriately for students across different grade levels and developmental stages.
• Incorporate programming, typing, Microsoft programs, and other relevant technology skills into instruction.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom activities and student learning effectively.
• Support IWA's commitment to academic excellence and student achievement.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff as needed to support student learning.
• Maintain an organized classroom and instructional environment.
• Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Incarnate Word Academy.
• Perform additional responsibilities appropriate to the substitute teaching role.

• Strong command of programming and computer technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and other technology applications.
• Knowledge of typing instruction and technology-related educational tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students across Preschool through Grade 8.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct consistent with Catholic education.
