Branch Banking - Client Consultant I - Float
Job SummaryBranch Banking Client Consultant I - Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high‑quality, prompt, and professional financial services. The role involves interacting with clients, greeting them upon entry, and delivering the services they need to meet their financial goals. Accurate, efficient, and friendly transaction processing is essential while upholding operational standards and supporting branch objectives.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance:
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, loans, non‑interest income) and primary client acquisition. - Client
Experience:
Provide a positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints; research and communicate to resolve issues promptly. Deliver client engagement and education. - Risk Management:
Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions, working to prevent controllable losses and adhering to all applicable bank policies and regulations. - Additional Accountabilities:
Perform special projects and additional duties as required, consistently aligning with regulatory and compliance policies. - Compliance:
Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; complete required compliance training.
- Education:
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent. - Experience:
0–3 years of customer service and sales experience. - Preferred:
Experience in the financial services industry.

Energetic, proactive, and eager to tackle challenging tasks. - Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of products, sales processes, and market dynamics. - Approachability:
Warm, pleasant, and gracious—comfortable engaging with all customers. - Problem Solving:

Disciplined use of time, focus on high‑impact activities, and removal of roadblocks. - Relationship Building:
Builds and maintains clear, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. - Customer Focus:
Identifies client needs and delivers tailored solutions to enhance the overall experience.
The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting.
Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $14.65–$22.55 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program.
