Develop Life Skills tailored to each residents unique needs and abilities;
Engage residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening;
Review resident profile and the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and determine the best Life Skill or life enriching activity for each resident;
Lead Life Skills and motivate other team members in partnership with the Reminiscence Coordinator;
Maintain and expand Life Skills stations and replenish supplies as needed
