Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is a clinician‑owned company providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum across Ohio and New Jersey. We serve clients in their homes, schools, and in our ABA centers located in Beachwood and Columbus. Because we are BCBA‑owned and operated, we truly understand the work and are committed to supporting our team every step of the way.
What We Offer- Competitive pay up to $24/hour based on experience and certification

- In‑center, in‑home, or a mix of both
- Mileage reimbursement with minimal travel—clients matched within a 15‑mile radius
- Paid RBT training – start working as a Behavior Technician while we cover the cost of your certification
Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research‑based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills.
In this role, you’ll make a real difference by helping individuals build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.
Work Locations- In‑home
- In‑center
- Community‑based settings
- Full‑time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Part‑time:
Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
- Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability
