Radiology Specialty Tech I – Parma
Location: Parma Health Center, Parma, OH

Hours:
80
Shift: Days – 5x8hr shifts (Start/End Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekend Rotation: Saturday
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (external applicants only)
Cross‑Training: Yes – Multi‑Modality experience includes Mammography & X‑Ray and additional specialty learning.
Gain well‑rounded experience in diagnostic radiology and one specialty area (CT and Breast Imaging) performing a variety of technical procedures for patients from children to adults.
Primary Patient Population- Underserved populations in Greater Cleveland
- Cancer patients
- Diagnostic radiology procedures
- CT and Breast Imaging specialty procedures
- Patient positioning, image acquisition, quality control, and safety protocols
- Collaboration with nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff

Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with valid ARRT M credential or to obtain within one year of employment
- Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH)
- American Heart Association BLS Certification or to obtain within the standard probationary period
- One‑year related experience and/or advanced ARRT certification in Mammography
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day
- Ability to lift, pull, or push over 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Normal visual range with or without correction
- Normal auditory range with or without correction
