The Metro Health System in Parma is seeking a pharmacist to provide inpatient pharmacy services at a proficient level, upholding our mission of patient care excellence and safety.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, an active Ohio Pharmacist License, and current BLS certification; ACLS and a Pharm.
D. are preferred qualifications.
Biweekly hours total 80 with a daytime shift (7am–5pm) supporting collaboration with clinical staff to optimize medication therapy and outcomes.
