As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in an Adult Day Center, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Your work will help promote independence, inclusion, and a sense of community. Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

• Personal Care & ADL Support
  :
  Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while preserving their independence and dignity.
• Companionship & Emotional Support
  :
  Provide meaningful companionship to reduce isolation, promote emotional well-being, and build trusting relationships.
• Community Outings & Integration
  :
  Support clients in participating in community activities, recreational outings, volunteering, and social engagement.
• Transportation Services
  :
  Ensure clients have safe, reliable transportation to community outing, volunteer work or social events.

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to making a difference. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience
  :
  At least 1 year of experience in a caregiving or support role.
• Skills
  :
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Attitude
  : A positive, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others thrive.

Flexible scheduling to provide coverage based on staffing needs. Hours may vary.
