Position: Team Lead – Slick City Action Park

Slick City Action Park is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Lead to help oversee daily park operations and support our team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Team Lead serves as a role model on the floor, ensuring safety standards are followed, team members are engaged, and guests have a fun and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support team members during daily operations.
  • Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and a positive park experience.
  • Monitor attractions, facilities, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Assist with employee training, coaching, and onboarding.
  • Delegate tasks and manage team workflows to ensure efficient operations.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Conduct opening, closing, and shift management duties.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist management with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that reflects the Slick City brand.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, family entertainment environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to lead by example.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining active for extended periods.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in family entertainment, hospitality, recreation, retail, or customer service environments.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience handling guest concerns and conflict resolution.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a loud, active environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to operational and guest needs.
