Job Summary

Dealer Tire, a family‑owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Base Pay Range: $25.00–$27.00

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support a high‑volume of candidates and coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers; provide timely updates and counsel during the Workday onboarding process.
  • Track candidate status, manage last‑minute changes, and ensure stakeholders are updated.
  • Enter, track, and communicate screening status on vendor website to qualify candidates for offered roles.
  • Complete new hire Form I‑9s within federally compliant time windows.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and support implementation of new hiring tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures and serve as backup to peers as needed.
  • Provide reporting to the recruiting team and business partners; update and create reports in Workday.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA preferred.
  • 1–2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel for analysis).
  • Project and social media experience preferred.
