Job Summary
Dealer Tire, a family‑owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Base Pay Range: $25.00–$27.00
Responsibilities- Deliver the highest quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support a high‑volume of candidates and coordinate onboarding logistics.
- Build strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers; provide timely updates and counsel during the Workday onboarding process.
- Track candidate status, manage last‑minute changes, and ensure stakeholders are updated.
- Enter, track, and communicate screening status on vendor website to qualify candidates for offered roles.
- Complete new hire Form I‑9s within federally compliant time windows.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and support implementation of new hiring tools and technologies.
- Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures and serve as backup to peers as needed.
- Provide reporting to the recruiting team and business partners; update and create reports in Workday.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA preferred.
- 1–2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel for analysis).
- Project and social media experience preferred.
