We are looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. The position requires 40 hours a week in the North East Ohio area with a variable evening schedule after 5 pm. Pay is $23.00 per hour and includes PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities. Must have reliable transportation, pass a drug test, and a background check.

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommend special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in the position
