Job Description

• Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and enhance productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Support the design and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for manufacturing operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
