Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN/physician.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond to emergencies and follow facility protocols.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and care giving staff.

• Current LPN license in the state of [State].
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
