Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Parma, Ohio, to work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager, ensuring merchandise is stocked to meet customer needs and drive sales. This position requires assisting and training team members and acting as the leader on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and an Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred. A flexible schedule is essential as evening and weekend hours may be required.
